Effective date: · Calculus Solver

This policy describes how Calculus Solver, the service at https://calculussolver.ai, handles information when you browse, solve problems, or create an account. Contact the operator at dddeee200475@gmail.com.

Information we access and why

You can use the core tools without an account. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google and our authentication provider Supabase process your Google account identifier, email address, email verification status, name and profile picture to authenticate you and display your account profile. We request basic identity scopes (openid, email and profile); we do not request Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendars. We do not receive your Google password.

For email accounts, Supabase handles your email address, password authentication and session. The profile database stores your account ID, display name, optional avatar URL and timestamps. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; browser storage keeps your language and theme preferences.

Problems, images and generated content

When you submit a problem, image, follow-up, practice request or video request, our server sends the content needed for that feature to Replicate and the model provider used through Replicate. That may include problem text, uploaded images, previous solution context or narration text. Your Google account profile is not included in AI prompts by our application. Do not submit confidential information or personal information about other people.

History, favorites, practice records and generated video/audio data are currently saved in this browser using local storage or IndexedDB. Signing in does not synchronize them to your profile database. Clearing site data removes these local records. Submitted content may also be processed or retained by service providers under their policies; local storage does not mean submitted content never leaves your device.

Service providers and sharing

We use Vercel to host the site and process requests, Supabase for authentication and account profiles, Google for optional Google Sign-In, Replicate and its model providers for AI features, and Resend through Supabase SMTP for account verification and password-reset emails. Email delivery involves the recipient address and the content of the account email. These providers may process data outside your country.

We do not sell Google account data, use it for advertising, or send it to AI services to train models. Google identity data is used to provide authentication and account features. Calculus Solver's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable. We may disclose information where necessary for security or to comply with applicable legal requirements.

Technical data and retention

Requests expose technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time and errors to our hosting and service providers. The application uses temporary per-IP counters to limit abuse, and records model-call metadata such as model identifier, duration and status. Hosting logs and provider-side retention follow the relevant provider settings and policies; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for their independent records. Account data is kept while your account remains active or until a verified deletion request is fulfilled, subject to necessary security, legal and backup retention. Local records remain until you delete them or clear your browser's site data.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can sign out, continue as a guest, delete history in the History page, and clear this website's browser data to remove local records. To request access, correction or deletion of your cloud account and profile, email dddeee200475@gmail.com, preferably from the account email, with the subject “Calculus Solver data request”. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. We will explain any data we must retain. Account deletion does not clear copies stored in your browser or automatically erase provider records outside our control.

You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not itself delete your Calculus Solver account. Rights available to you depend on applicable law; contact us to exercise them.

Children, security and changes

The service is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. We use HTTPS and account access controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We will update this policy when practices change and seek additional consent when required before using Google data for a new purpose. The current effective date appears above.
