Text and video share the same balance. Expiring credits are used first. Welcome credits cannot generate personalized videos.

After you pay

  1. Purchase with your verified account. Credits belong to that account.
  2. Review the final amount and pay at Stripe Checkout.
  3. Credits arrive after payment confirmation. Check your balance and records in My account.

Failed generation restores reserved credits; this is separate from a cash refund. Contact support about duplicate charges, missing credits or refund requests. Contact support
